As a member of the Australian Kendo Renmei, you are bound by the following AKR Policies:

You will need this and is required for all renewing members.

AKR ID numbers are on the lower left of AKR issued  Dan Certificates. (For VKR members, your Revsport no., is not what we want.)

If you can't find your AKR ID, please obtain it from your club/dojo or state association, prior to completing this agreement.

For new members, joining for the first time, please enter "New Member" in ths field.

I acknowledge and agree that: I will be bound by and must comply with all Australian Kendo Renmei Policies, including but not limited to, the National Integrity Framework Policies, Anti-Doping Policy, and Non-NIF Conduct Management Policies, which can be found here. I acknowledge that I am bound by these policies and it is my responsibility to be familiar with these policies; a breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the complaints or discipline procedures for the respective policy. For junior members (under 18), a parent or guardian must complete this form.
